"Helping To Heal Hurting People"

We are pleased to announce the first annual "Hero Awards" taking place on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at 9:00 a.m.  The Awards Breakfast will be held at Herbert Guice Academy, 6925 International Boulevard in Oakland.

The purpose of the Hero Awards is to honor and recognize individuals who have been nominated by someone whose life has been tremendously impacted by the deeds of that person.  Everyone that is nominated will be recognized, and 5 nominees will receive special recognition based on the information received on the nomination form.

The form may be obtained by clicking on the link below.  Forms must be filled out completely and submitted no later than October 24, 2016.  All nominated honorees must be present on November 12.  Nomination forms may be returned via Email to  reverendrob516@yahoo.com, or  faxed  to  (510) 724-0711.
